The Yew Dibblet is a great dibblet for those finer seeds. Measuring 17cm (6.5in) in length, it is smooth and easy to handle, feeling just like a favourite pen in the hand.
The Yew Tamper gives the gardener the ability to make the most perfect, well-tampered pot, which gives seeds the best possible start in life. It presses them gently into the compost, whilst providing a surface for even watering

Lets face it, pricking out and tampering your seedlings is never going to be the worst job in the world, but this Yew set makes it an absolute pleasure. Yew feels warm and soft and tactile. I have them next to me on the desk as I write this and I keep picking them up to see if I am being over the top; I'm not.
When we tried our new products out on our focus group (our friends and neighbours), we had to keep pulling them from peoples hands. Once they picked them up, they wouldn't put them down.
Together they are two of the most pleasurable tools you will ever use.
Made from Yew trees planted by the late, great Gertrude Jekyll, each of these hand turned dibbers has a unique grain pattern.
The Yew in this set was originally planted by Gertrude Jekyll, the great Victorian garden designer (or more likely she supervised).
Yew takes an absolute age to grow, but gives a wood that will last for centuries.
