This French Bean may be dwarf but , ohh la laa – do they taste good! “Maxi” is an outstanding variety producing high yields of long, slender pods that are stringless and full of flavour. Very easy to grow they give superb yields for a small amount of space, outlay and effort. Early Purple Sprouting Broccoli has been selected for its hardiness and flavour. Heavy cropping it has good quality spears that can be harvested over many weeks. It is one of the most flavoursome of vegetables, standing beside asparagus and globe artichokes. Sweet and delicate, it melts in the mouth.
