Scatter in unused parts of the garden, abandoned building sites... or even in friends gardens - with permission of course!
Pack 1:
Blue Borage: Borago officinalis - 1.25 grams, 75 seeds.
Borage is one of the most reliable sources of blue flowers, often flowering lavishly for weeks after sowing. The beautiful blue star-shaped flowers are edible and very important for bees, providing pollen and nectar in prodigious amounts.
Pack 2:
Cosmos bipinnatus 'Sensation Mix' – 500g, 80 seeds.
Cosmos 'Sensation Mixed' is a suburb easy to grow annual and one of the earliest blooming cosmos mixtures. The tall graceful plants have delicate ferny foliage with large, single flowers ranging from white to carmine, they make fabulous cut flowers, and are perfect for bouquets.

Echium vulgare “Vipers Bugloss” - 500mg, 115 seeds.
Echium vulgare is a valuable native plant and is exotic enough to earn a place in a flower border. If you don’t want plants that honeybees simply visit, but want to select plants that honeybees clearly love, choose Echium for your garden.
Pack 4:
Sunflower: Helianthus annuus "Giant Single Yellow" - 2.7 grams 40 Seeds
Giant Single' is a tall-growing variety of the traditional easy-to-grow sunflower. The blooms have dark centres and attractive bright golden petals. These are held on tall stems which are capable of growing several metres.
It is an ideal variety for mass planting or for children to grow.

Catnip: Nepeta cataria - 120mg ~ 200 seeds
Veteran gardeners are probably already aware of nepeta’s versatility in the garden. From afar the flowers appear as a haze of blue. Plant it at the front of the border so that you can catch the full scent from its aromatic leaves. Cats adore this plant, rolling in it and even eating it.

Phacelia tanacetifolia - 3 Grams ~1400 seeds
Phacelia is a very attractive plant and one with a variety of uses. Very rich in both nectar and pollen, it is listed as one of the top 20 honey-producing flowers for honeybees. It is ideal for a wildlife-friendly planting scheme and makes a wonderful green manure.

Rudbeckia hirta “My Joy” 500mg ~850 seeds
Rudbeckia "My Joy" has golden yellow flowerheads that are up to three inches in diameter. They are produced from midsummer until mid autumn and make an excellent cut flower. Given even a modicum of sunshine, flower follows flower until the entire plant glows.

Stachys officinalis 1gm ~ 560 seeds
This pretty little wildflower is a slow growing, long-lived plant with attractive spikes of rich pink-mauve flowers that are very attractive to bees and butterflies as a nectar source. The flowers, which rise from dark green crinkly leaves, keep their colour throughout summer and look stunning when growing en-masse.
